Jon is a licensed and FULL-TIME real estate agent in the state of Minnesota. Being a fourth-generation resident of Otter Tail County, Jon has glowing enthusiasm for Fergus Falls and the surrounding rural, lake-filled landscape he feels privileged to call "home". Jon knows the area communities and applies that knowledge when connecting buyers and sellers with the area's many wonderful real estate offerings.

Prior to joining Century 21 Vista, Inc. Jon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (with a minor in Accounting) from Minnesota State University - Moorhead. Also, Jon previously served the energy industry in the areas of financial planning, budget management, credit/risk analysis and auditing.

In addition, Jon has successfully completed the requirements for the CRS "Certified Residential Specialist" and the RRS "Recreation & Resort Specialist" designations. Less than 4% of REALTORS are awarded the CRS designation by the Council of Residential Specialists. Earning the designation is based upon two individual performance measures: First, completion of advanced education requirements designed to facilitate best-practice service to residential real estate clients. Second, achieving demonstrated sales volume criteria in the residential real estate market. The RRS, awarded by the Worldwide Recreation and Resort Sales Council, is the first designation earned exclusively by REALTORS working in the recreation, resort, and second homes market.
