As a life long North Dakota resident, Theresa grew up in North Fargo and graduated from Shanley High School and MSUM, Moorhead, MN with a degree in Mass Communications and Marketing. Theresa has an extensive entrepreneurial background as she has developed and successfully managed a number of family owned business throughout her career. In 2004 she obtained her real estate license after years of personally buying real estate for investment reasons and became one of the owners of the Century 21 Gold Key team. Theresa is also a certified instructor with the state of North Dakota and teaches real estate courses and is a very successful real estate agent with the Gold Key team. She is able to combine her work experiences, her extensive understanding of the community, and her ability to educate buyers and sellers on the real estate process.

She understands that a real estate decision is one of the most important decisions made in a lifetime and pledges to uphold the standards and ethics Century 21 agents provide, and will find solutions for any questions to smooth out the transaction.
Theresa is a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Real Estate Forms Committee and the North Dakota Realtors Professional Development Committee.
Theresa is an integral part of the Gold Key team that has served Fargo/Moorhead for over 30 years. Currently, she lives in Fargo with her husband, who is also a Fargo native and is employed by Clay County. They have two children who are also involved with the Fargo-Moorhead community.
