In 1977, John Olson began his successful real estate career at CENTURY 21® Vista working primarily with lakeshore properties, business opportunities, apartments, commercial building sales and leasing. John has been involved with most of the major transactions in Fergus Falls and Otter Tail County.
John holds the nationally recognized CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) one of only two in west central Minnesota. The designation requires extensive education in investment real estate and years of experience.
John also holds a degree in Finance and an MBA from St. Cloud State University.
A consistent top producer in the Midwest CENTURY 21® system, he is also the recipient of annual Quality Service awards designated by his clients.
John has served as President and Director of the Lake Region Board of REALTORS® and is currently on the Lake Region Board. In 2002, he was voted REALTOR® of the Year by his peers.
A native to Minnesota, John enjoys hunting, fishing and church activities.
