Brian Kounovsky
Brian is a Fargo native and graduate from Oak Grove High School. After high school he went on to graduate from the Wahpeton State School of Science. Upon the completion of his schooling, Brian went to work in the automotive industry and later became the owner of a successful small business in West Fargo. Brian is also a partner in the Yampa Group, which holds real estate investments in North Dakota, Colorado and Minnesota and he is a key player in the Gold Key Team. Brian designed and developed Evelyn's Acres, a craftsman style neighborhood in South Fargo. He is also very talented and understands the "fixer upper" niche. He has successfully converted many properties from distressed to beautiful.
Brian knows that current market information is vital to negotiating real estate and he works hard to provide his clients with the most current market information available. He understands that a real estate transaction is a complex process. He uses his insights to assure each and every transaction will be as simple as possible. He always works hard to uphold the standards and ethics Century 21 Vista agents provide and is a good asset to rounding out the Gold Key Team.
Brian is a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors. He is very involved with his church and enjoys singing in Worship Band, bowling and volunteering with various activities at Oak Grove High School.
