Kurt Nygaard
Kurt brings to Century 21 Vista over 19 years of sales and management experience. Providing customer service and follow through have always been his strengths. Prior to real estate, Kurt was into the distribution business, working as a Regional Sales Manager and also as an owner/operator. “Working with Real Estate clients and customers is truly no different than working with store owners and managers. We are all people, and I treat everyone with the same politeness and courtesy.” Kurt has a proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
He and his wife of 20 years Kym, have 4 children. All are life-long residents of Fergus Falls and have strong ties into the community through family and friends. “We have never moved away from Fergus Falls. The community is safe, friendly, and our families are here.” Kurt knows Fergus Falls and Ottertail County very well and can assist buyers and sellers by using his knowledge of the area.
Growing up in Fergus Falls, Kurt played many sports. He preferred hockey and baseball and played both into his college days. He coached youth traveling team hockey for a number of years and to this day plays slow pitch softball and tries his patience at golf a few times each summer, too. Kurt has been a member of the Eagles club for over 15 years and is a member of the Noon Rotary. He and his family are members of Federated Church, also in Fergus Falls.
Kurt is a member of the Lake Region Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and a member of the local multiple listing service.
