Randy Vangrud
A veteran broadcaster, Randy spent over 23 years of his business career in Radio, as a morning host, production talent, advertising and marketing sales consultant. With his great desire to communicate and get results, he was promoted to sales manager and general manager. Understanding people�s needs and meeting their objectives has created many satisfied customers. His portfolio is attractive, having experience in retail sales, and direct distributor sales and management in the Lakes Area.
Randy and his family have lived in Fergus Falls for over 19 years, and have been active in church, youth and high school athletics. Randy was an active member of the Fergus Falls Hockey Association and acted as its president for three years. Randy and his wife, Barbara have both been active with the Fergus Falls Figure Skating Club as well, each year they act as emcees for the exciting Spring Ice Show. Randy is also a past president of the Fergus Falls area Chamber of Commerce, and remains an active member of the Fergus Falls Sertoma Club, being named as Sertoman of the Year in 2004.
Outdoor recreation has always been a big part of The Vangrud Family household, from flower and vegetable gardening to golf, boating, water-skiing, fishing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Randy knows the area lakes and what each has to offer in fishing and recreational opportunities.
